My husband and I stayed one night at the Deluxe Inn with our dog on the way back from Florida. The hotel staff were so kind and openly friendly. While the rooms were basic, they were updated, had a refrigerator with freezer, and a microwave. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were spotless and soft. The parking lot is well lit and we felt very safe. Why pay more at the nearby hotel chains when you can support a small business for a better price with the same amenities!? For convenience the location is right off the interstate which makes it so easy. If you stay here, please also make your way over to Mac’s Speed Shop for good, homestyle North Carolina BBQ! All in all, I would definitely stay here again when traveling. Thank you Deluxe Inn!

It's reasonably priced, provides all the necessary comforts (especially a clean, hard-floored room), Greta comfortable beds, excellent bathroom ventilation, good water pressure and offers prime interstate convenience. Highly recommended for a functional, budget-friendly stop. The rooms are SPECTACULAR!!! Modern, fresh, clean and comfortable beds. It has everything you need: fridge ith a freezer, desk, TV (high resolution with cable), couch, microwave, coffee maker, ice bucket, coffee table, lots of counter space for toiletries and a great AC and heating unit that lets you set your own perfect temperature! We booked on Expedia and got a welcome call soon after. The front desk clerk was so lovely!! And they have coffee and delicious sweets at the front counter around the clock. The location is right off of the highway with a few food options within walking distance. The cleanliness around the property and in the room is immaculate. We arrived at night and it felt so safe - security cameras and good lighting everywhere. There is no better deal for you dollars spent!

This hotel is excellent! The rooms are modern, fresh, beautiful and CLEAN! The owner was so amazing. Our first room, the TV had a small reception issue. Within minutes he moved us to a new room. We are Hilton and Hyatt gold. We decided to try this place based on reviews. We will always stay here traveling from FL to Virginia.

We are so very happy to have chosen to stay at your hotel. Our first night was Sept 12th. We drove up from Florida to Connecticut but stopped here for the night. The rooms were very clean, the beds were a dream to sleep on, the shower and bathroom were spotless. The floors were spotless. What a great place. We look forward to staying with you again in the future. On our trip back we were tired but drove an extra 1.5hrs to stay at your hotel again. We tried to stop at another place and we were very very disappointed. Place smelled, had bugs, stained sheets, dirty shower, just felt gross. 12.2025 - update. I loved the bed so much I decided to buy the same mattress and found BeautyRest has a guestpurchase program. But I didn't have the right tag that gave details of which mattress it was, so I called the hotel and Crystal, who answered the phone, went and found a housekeeper and together they took pics of the tag I needed and texted them to me. These days, that could have been a laborious, multiple call project - and it wasn't. This is a super customer focused hotel. Thank you!!! (original review from 9.2025) Fabulous. I booked it by rating and price, though usually I stay at a place with inside access. The room was really nice. It's recently been refurbished so it was clean and OH THE BED!!!!! I need a new bed and actually pulled the mattress from the wall to unzip the cover so I could see the label. It was the first time after a week of vacation (that included a nice VRBO place with a lousy bed) that my back wasn't sore the next morning. PILLOWTOP LOVE! Linens super clean, fresh, soft. I dropped off immediately and slept through, super snuggled and smiling. When I had a question about the a/c unit, I called the front desk and the girl on duty came down to help me. I didn't understand why the temp was flexing so much but all was fine there so NOTHING at issue with the a/c unit. Fridge, microwave, coffeemaker. SOFT TOWELS that haven't been washed and bleached a million times. This place is a super value for the price. I was coming from southern SC and going to VA so stayed here for the night to finish the drive Monday morning. It's a Hampton Inn level without the Hampton Inn price.

Solid motel-style place to bunk after a long haul even when rolling in super late. Friendly, very helpful overnight staff. Comfortable bed and functional amenities. No hassle, no stress. Plenty of convenient food options and gas stations right nearby.

We stayed here last might and we will definitely be returning every time we are driving through.. The check was quick and friendly, the room and bed linens were very very clean and the mattress comfy. Everything was perfect including the location and the price. Unfortunately I didn’t have any cash on me and therefore was unable to leave a tip for the cleaning staff who absolutely deserved one. I’m so sorry. I’ll make sure to have some next time because there definitely will be a next time
